Shark and Donamit had stolen a silver box at the village shrine dedicated to the Igbada god of the Niger. The instinctual young men were digging the rocky ground along the Niger Promontory to secrete the stolen silver box before a tall dull black scourge appeared looking up at the young men with scowl. The two young men took to their hills returning to the main land by a canoe.
So luckily they secured the silver box. By midnight they had broken the seal to discover it contains white cloths, jewelries and spiritual books. The instigators Shark and Donamit had no insight on the insidious effect of the stolen box. Their search ended with finding a human skull and red candles rapped in a long red cotton robe. They could hear whispering and scuffling on the door side. The black scourge appeared the second time demanding they serve him and become rulers. The monster had given them keys, gold rings for power and afterwards disappeared.
Three months later, they dominated and became famous and chief rulers of strange and primitive Community near the Southern Niger coast. The Egbeda is an oil rich community of about five hundred thousand people settling as indigenes of which most dwellers are fishermen and craftsmen. It became a promulgation that indigenes would bow down before their god in worship. The tattoo of the famous Igba god could be found on the elbows of the villagers and strangers alike. The Egbeda community had expanded in her territory due to the influence of the famous rulers.
The two rulers had separated from each other for sake of power sharing and the kingdom divided into two; the Igra and Lomen. Shark had kept the laws of the Igba god, got married with three kids while the greedy Donamit neglected Igba god, got married to 24 wives and 30 concubines with limitless number of children.
Some white men on exploration came to settle at Igra. Thus the Igra community became civilized and known to the international community due to their enormous export of crude oil. The Lomen community ruled by the Donamits after ten years became a tourist attraction community with lots of recreation facilities. The Donamits ungodly cultures were similar to that of the Sodom and Gomorrah made up of restive, insolent and promiscuous youths. This brought about several deserters and dead of many pregnant women and children.
Fifteen years had past when the flood devastation became a major problem of the Lomen community. The lumen community fought the Igra community and was defeated. Donamit and his kingdom were drown and devoured by sea creatures as they tried to escape through the Atlantic Ocean during the war. Now the kingdom of the Donamits abruptly came to an end as her indigenes were sold into slavery by the Igra community to the white men from Ethiopia.
King Shark sold the god of Igba to foreigners from Asia before year 1832. He was stricken dead by the monster 1833 (i.e. six months after). It was then that vengeance came to ruin children below the age of 12. People suffered and died of body tumors. The kingdom has gone extinct due to huge loss of lives. The sharks' kingdom after thirty five years had produced another ruler Obene (Smallest by name) the former king's son. Obene was a trained military, studied in the UK and nurtured by the Christian community there for several years. He brought Christianity contrary to their tradition in the community through the missionary from Ireland.
A new Igra community emerged as Emeruah (Meaning 'Salvaged People') after 5 years. Village churches were built and indigenes trained on the Christian teachings. People experienced a new life in the Lord Jesus Christ. Investors came in to invest while monuments were built. Religious men and women of Emeruah are now sent on Christian missions abroad to preach the good news of Christ Jesus learned from the Ireland missionaries. Praise be to Jesus now and forever!

The Importance of Sex Education for Our Generation Today
Sex education is needful and necessary for our young ones. Being mindful of the exposure given to our young ones in school, in the media and among their peers, sex education teaches our young ones about sexual intimacy, but also enlightens them on their reproductive systems, birth control, and sexually transmitted diseases. It also exposes them to their gender identity, gender role, family role, body images, sexual expression (what it entails and how to tame it), intimacy and the marriage relationship.
In sex education relevant important and accurate information about sexuality in both boys and girls are given depending on their age. It will be unfair and criminal to ignore or push aside the fact that they are aware of their sexuality; in whatever stage or state they are. Sex education should naturally be integrated into their lives as they grow up both by the parents, teachers and the society in a very mature way. Parents should answer their children's questions properly and information according to their level of exposure and maturity. It will not be appropriate to look embarrassed or pretend sex never exists. We might be fooling ourselves and exposing these children to untimely dangerous curiosity. The children must be taught how to cope and handle their own sexual feeling, use of drugs and urges. Prior to the time of sex education, parents should develop good communication with their children. Be their friends, have positive attitude to sex, yourself.
Good relevant sex education provides knowledge, knowledge is information, and information is confidence. It has been noticed that well-informed children on male and female Anatomy handle puberty better than the uninformed ones. Sex education affects a child's attitude positively. Each sex (male or female) becomes more tolerant of the others behaviour pattern and option. A sexuality oriented child learns to believe in the quality of men and women, the sacrament of marriage and parental responsibilities.
With well accepted sex education, there is usually a lower rate of unwanted pregnancy and spread of sexually transmitted diseases. To the pure, all things are pure. When sex is passed down to our children from a pure heart, they too receive it with a pure heart.
It is not true that when children are taught anything about sex, they out rightly go and experiment with sex, with contraception, masturbation and homosexuality. These occur when they are ignorantly curios and when they are uneducated and exposed to unprotected sex and pornographic materials.
So there is no evidence that sex education has any bad effect on the child's character and information rather sex education carried out in a good Christian foundation has a gratifying result.

Balance Diet
According to Oxford Advance Dictionary "Diet" is best described as the amount or variety of food that we eat for medical reasons and for healthy living. For a healthy living, the food we eat must have the right or correct proportion of carbohydrate, proteins, fats, vitamins, mineral salts, water and roughages.
A balanced diet provides enough energy for healthy living and enough material for growth and repair of tissues in the body. So when we want to eat we have to make sure that our food is balanced for we are what we eat.
Many people show signs of under feeding or malnutrition. This may be as a result that they do not get enough food to eat resulting from poverty or not eating the correct amount of the right type of food. This may also be due to their ignorance. When this happens there would be problem in human health and development. When people do not get enough food to eat for a long period they become very thin as their bodies use up the stored nutrient. This condition is known as starvation. A lack of a specific nutrient in the daily diet may result to some deficiency diseases.
Some people eat much starchy food like yam, garri and rice because they are cheap. They became overweight and unhealthy. They forgo portentous rich food because of their expensiveness not knowing that they are body building food which helps much in growth. A balanced diet must have a mixture of protein from animals and plants. Animal protein provides enough essential amino-acids that human body cannot synthesize. Plant protein does not have all these amino-acid thus; the daily diet must have certain amount of animal protein.
Children after late weaning, who eat more of starchy diet may have serious health problems. They may suffer protein deficiency diseases like "Kwashiokor and Marasmus". Children who have been affected with such disease show poor growth, have oedema, and are apathetic and miserable. The marasmus disease occurs in growth and look like "Wizard old man".
For healthy living, one should eat enough balance diet, so as to have good body growth, health and development which consist of right proportion of all the nutrients as needed by the body for a good functioning ability. It also consists of taking enough water and enough fruits and vegetables for such diets protect the body from innumerable disease and illnesses. Remember that prevention is better than cure.
